So what is the difference between a Psychic and a Medium? It's very simple. All Mediums have to be psychic, but NOT ALL Psychics are Mediums. Psychics work in an ego-based fashion and can provide some incredible results by the use of telepathy which is mind-to-mind with the client. So whether you are dealing with an online psychic reader, telephone psychic or even in person with local psychic readers…you can walk away amazed at their talents. But that is all you will take with you.
Far better to consult with a Medium who surrenders the ego and allows "Spirit" to speak. So the Medium 'gets out of the way' and listens and repeats what comes in from Your Angels, Guides and Loved Ones who have passed away. This process results in real direction for you as you explore your path. I used to serve as a Psychic Astrologer and even as an online Psychic for a reputable and famous TV Psychic Network. I was given the privilege of reading for Movie Stars and did very well. But it was not until I began to study and advance to Mediumship..that I discovered the difference between 'reading' someone and 'hearing truth'.
So when you are considering a consult with a 'psychic' please be sure that you are dealing with an Intuitive Clairvoyant Medium who knows how to 'get out of the way' and listen and repeat the precious words that are so gently whispered from your Personal Angels, Guides and Loved Ones who have passed away.
Have a great week my friends!
Miss Bonnie
The blend you speak of is the blend I mention. All Mediums are psychic but not all Psychics are Mediums. Those who have passed do
not carry ego, opinions or judgments and do not tell anyone’s future. They carry personality which enables the Medium to bring
the proof of their ‘passing on’. They are love and light. Mediums rely on information that is far from close to the client.
Mediums sit between the Earth Plane and the Akashic Records. They use their ‘library card’ and retrieve the Truth. Not from
people who have passed at all. A Psychic does not need to rely on universal concepts…that is why they are simply psychic. Perhaps
the description of psychic for whoever you are referring to…is not deep enough. Perhaps that person is truly a Medium, since
only Mediums rely on the Universe for answers.
Take care….
So, basically what you are saying is that mediums dont talk to the dead, but they talk to thought forms or are you saying they connect with the akashic records? What do you mean they are between the earth and akashic records. Also, can anybody be a medium. When you say not all psychics are mediums. Do you mean that these are psychics whose vibrations arent high enough to sense spirits? Also, is the source of all psychic and mediumship ability in the third eye? Is it possible to be a medium without opening the third eye?
Thank you i have lots of questions,
Lawrence
Mediums go to “Spirit” whether that be Angels who are Beings, Spirit Guides or Loved Ones Who Have Passed…
Anyone can be trained in Mediumship. Psychics do not have to communicate w/Spirit to work..they mostly use
‘tools’ such as cards etc..and/or telepathy. The Source for our abilities is in our Soul essence…we ALL
have the gift. The Third Eye is the Chakra area where we can focus. Very few people have chakras that are
totally closed…Mediums ‘get out of the way’ and receive the information. Yes it can come thru the Ajna
Chakra or Third Eye. But it also comes in thru what they hear clearly, taste clearly, feel clearly even
smell clearly. Do some research on the “Clairs”. Thanks for writing.
Thanks so much for this! I’ve spent YEARS correcting people on the difference between the two. Some people are just too spiritually clouded and unwilling to open themselves to the greater truths. I’ll definitely be sharing this article with some of my less-believing “friends.” Thanks, Miss Bonnie!
Hi Cal,
You are so very welcome and thanks for your kind input. Miss Bonnie
If you’re having a reading with a medium what are some questions that you could ask to make sure that they are real medium?
Hello your best bet is to research the Medium 1st and not try to challenge the Medium. Google reviews are your best bet along with word-of-mouth
