As stated clearly on my website: Missed appts are not refunded or rescheduled..
Note on Appts: If you are late in calling or coming in for your consult..I will call you(if it's an in office visit) or send you an email (if it's a phone consult) after 10 minutes and I will wait 5 additional minutes out of respect. If you do not call me or come in, after that 15 minutes into your appt time..I will leave my office. Missed appts are very inconvenient as I do prepare fully to take care of you as a client. The saddest part about missed appts. is that I could be taking care of someone during the time I sit idly waiting. So please respect yourself and this Ministry enough to show up for your appointment..whether in my office or on the phone. Thanks!
